Each couple is unique, your ceremony is unique and special because it is your wedding day. If you are planning a traditional, simple, elaborate, fun or themed wedding ceremony Jeanette's role is to help and support you through the entire process.
You will choose professionals to provide your wedding outfits, reception, photography, transportation, flowers, cake and music. Make sure you choose a professional to officiate at your wedding ceremony and your day will be complete.
To be asked to officiate at a Wedding is a privilege and, like marriage, ‘should not be taken lightly’. Every ceremony is individual and special to that couple, therefore the time put into preparation, both by the celebrant and the couple, should never be underestimated.
Couples have a choice of saying 'I do' at any venue, any time of day, and on any day of the week. The only part of this day that remains inflexible is the ceremony itself – the most meaningful and important part of the day.
Jeanette lives central to many beautiful places and has conducted wedding ceremonies at a variety of venues – sandy beaches, up the mountains, beside (or on!) lakes and rivers, in glorious gardens and from magnificent Larnach Castle to beautiful little churches and chapels, to name a few.
First and foremost for Jeanette is: It is all about the two people who are central to the ceremony, the Bride and Groom, but the part Jeanette plays is also important, so she will always give her best to ensure your needs are met and that your life together starts in the best possible way.
If a couple have a good, strong relationship founded on mutual trust, love, and friendship for each other, and they understand the commitment they are making to each other, then they will survive whatever life may throw at them.
Jeanette is a member of the Celebrants Association of NZ, (CANZ) which provides access to professional celebrants who deliver quality, personalised and meaningful ceremonies for all occasions.
